Yincheng Int&#39l US$165m 11.800% 364-Day Senior Bond Offering

　　Earlier in the year, Yincheng International Holding Co., Ltd. (“Yincheng International” or the “Company”) successfully priced its US$165m 11.800% 364-Day senior fixed rate bond offering (the “Transaction”). AMTD acted as a Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager on the Transaction.

　　The Transaction was the first debt capital markets transaction issued by Yincheng International this year and also the lowest USD bond coupon ever achieved by the Company.
