　　请您留意我行官网、手机银行及官方微信公众号（“汇丰中国”）以获取最新信息。

　　进入汇丰各分支行所需的健康证明（除上述要求之外，特定情况下甚至可能需要 24 小时内核酸阴性证明等）可能根据所在城市以及所属街道、物业的要求不时调整。建议您事先致电分支行或您的客户经理进行咨询了解。

　　在疫情防控期间，您可以尽量通过网上银行、手机银行、电话银行、微信服务号（“汇丰中国客户服务”）等线上服务渠道办理相关业务。如需帮助或有紧急事项，敬请联系您的客户经理，或致电我行 24 小时客户服务热线 95366。

　　Dear Customers,

　　In light of the latest policies on local prevention and control of epidemic situation, HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited will resume and temporary adjust the business arrangement of below sub-branches:

　　Please refer to HSBC China official website, HSBC China Mobile Banking app and HSBC China WeChat official account (汇丰中国，WeChat ID:HSBC-CHINA-RBWM) for latest information.

　　The health certificates (in addition to the requirements as above, under certain circumstances, a Certificate of Negative COVID-19 PCR Test Result within 24 hours might even be required) required for entry into HSBC's branches may be adjusted from time to time according to the requirements of the city where they are located and the streets and properties to which they belong. It is recommended that you may please call the branch or check with your Relationship Manager in advance.

　　Instead of going into a branch, you may prefer to do your banking by using our digital banking channels such as internet banking, mobile banking, phone banking, HSBC China WeChat service account (汇丰中国客户服务, WeChat ID: HSBCeBanking).
