美国在2021年因极端天气损失1450亿美元

　　本世纪的气候变化表现为极端天气事件。至少对美国而言，极端天气的应对成本和事后清理成本被证明很高。

　　根据美国国家海洋和大气管理局(NOAA)的数据，美国在去年经历了20次严重的自然灾害，造成的损失超过1450亿美元。

　　2021年的气温略低于此前的两年，不过也并没有舒服多少。由于温室气体的排放量增加，全球气温在过去7年时间里处于创纪录的高位。

　　野火

　　干燥的自然条件与大风导致美国西部地区的野火就带来超过100亿美元的损失。

　　2021年2月得克萨斯冬季风暴带来240亿美元损失，飓风艾达带来了750亿美元的损失，两者也对损失总额有贡献。

　　结论

　　在未来几十年时间里，估计将有72万9699处个人、办公和多单元住宅物业可能面临洪水带来的破坏。

　　据全球性的工程公司第一街基金与咨询公司Arup近期的一份报告，由于气候变化的因素，修复或更换受损建筑物的年费用可能从2022年的135亿美元增至2052年的逾169亿美元，增幅约25%。

　　美国境内的极端天气事件自1980年以来一直在逐步增加。对于全球投资者而言，我认为气候变化与有关的极端天气事件已经变成更为关键的经济风险考量因素。
