No 680 - The sole representative

　　磐石金融有限公司（ BANDS Financial Limited ）在香港注册成立，是一家持有香港证监会（SFC）2号牌照的期货经纪公司，业务涉及中国以外全球大部分活跃期货及期权市场。

　　As the Shanghai Futures Exchange will be hosting the 18th Shanghai Derivative Forum this morning instead of writing the usual letter, I will be attending the event and visit the SHFE, which happily is within walking distance of my apartment.

　　Flying from London to Shanghai I remember I first attended this event in May 2005. In those days there was a reasonable size contingent from Europe and the US.Having supplied the relevant documentation, this morning I fully expect to be the only westerner to attend in person. I therefore assume I will be the sole representative of the rest of the world.Have a good day
