伦敦资本市场2021年一季度亮点

　　今年一季度是伦敦证券交易所自2006年以来，IPO融资量最大的一季度！25个IPO共融资72亿英镑，其中科技股占比最大。IPO和增发共募资163亿英镑，居欧洲所有交易所之首。

　　高增长版市场AIM的全股指数再创新高，交易宗数为320亿，是AIM板创立以来交易最活跃的一季度。

　　封闭型基金在一季度有19宗上市和增发，共融资27亿英镑。

　　最大的IPO为Cordiant Digital Infrastructure （融资3.7亿英镑），这只基金主要投资在电子基础设施资产，包括数据中心，移动通讯和广播塔以及光纤网络资产。

　　伦交所旗下的绿宝石泛欧平台Turquoise Europe在一季度的亮池交易量上升33.5%。Turquoise Europe可交易多个欧洲经济区（EEA）国家的股票。
